Booking Procedure

To avoid disappointment, the Exhibitor Order Form should be promptly signed and returned to Australian Corporate Exhibitions. We recommend that you urgently nominate your preferred position as soon as possible.

1. A deposit of 30% is required for immediate payment within 7 days of acceptance of your exhibition stand. An invoice will be forwarded on receipt of your signed Exhibitor Order Form.
2. A second payment of 36% is due on 18 August 08.
3. The final payment of 34% is due on 15 December 2008. If the final payment is not received by the due date your stand may be re-allocated.
4. All program advertising payments must be made by 23 June 2009. A minimum 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking.
5. All sponsorship payments to be paid in full within 7 days.

Electrical Requirements

Any electrical work performed by other electrical contractors will be subject to a set power consumption charge. An electrical plan MUST BE submitted. Please advise your electrical contractor of this requirement.

Stand Specifications

The Octanorm exhibition construction system with its wide variety of components is an amazingly comprehensive and innovative system. Its great flexibility provides each exhibitor with the opportunity to develop a unique design with no restriction on visual impact.

The compatibility of each of the components allows exhibitors to stretch their imaginations without stretching the budget.

Advantage Plus Options

Fascia Logo $95* per logo To make your company stand out in the crowd why not add a point of difference to your stand by incorporating your company logo on your fascia board. Australian Corporate Exhibitions can reproduce your company’s logo in the correct corporate colours and style for you to display on the fascia board for a minimal cost.

Audio Package $395* each

Be seen and heard at BRIMEX with one of our audio packages. We will write and record a 30 second promo about your company that will be played over the main PA system in the venue throughout the event. You are guaranteed that all visitors will know that you are at the event. However, you need to be quick because there are only 30 audio packages available.

Perimeter Signage $480* each

Proudly display your company logo to all visitors as they enter BRIMEX Expo with one of our perimeter signs. Australian Corporate Exhibitions will reproduce your logo on a corflute sign (approximately 1500x1200mm in size) and hang it on the fence at the entry way to BRIMEX Expo. Signs are limited so to be sure you get a good position order one now.

Program Logo $95* each

Why not include your company logo ’Äì in the correct colours and corporate style ’Äì with your free 100 word editorial in the Official BRIMEX Expo Program & Purchasing Guide. All visitors will receive the official program and purchasing guide upon entering the event, which can also be used after the event as a valuable reference guide. Make sure your company is recognised by placing your official logo in the publication. Enquiry rate with logo is always higher.
